RXronny, if you dont want to bother with the OMP swap, just run premix. It is actually better in the long run as this willnot fail to lubricate the seals. I did the same swap last year, the the jspec has excellent compression, this was suppose to be vosko's engine but he never took it when he had the chance.

I do have a/c but dont have p/s.

a/c pump is out too and I dont plan to put it back. I just want to run main shaft (crankshaft or whatever is called), water pump and alternator. I dont understand why I need dual pulley for the alternator because I have tensioner for the alternator belt.

to do that swap i had to take almost everything off the old motor and transfer it on to the new one. everything is different. i am going to use the turbo of the Japanese motor but even on that i had to switch over the oil return tube. wiring harnes of the old one I'm going to use and almost everything i gotta tell you only this -this motor better run because i lost all my patience.

Sorry for all the questions and I appreciate your help!

I just got all my gaskets today so this weekend i am gonna be bussy

thanks again
Seeing as you have a tensioner then you should be able to do it already then.Let us know how it runs.Turborotor is one of the luckier ones to have a healthy J-spec in his.Turborotor: Did you pull the rats nest off?I have a S2 turbo driveline and looking to pull the rates nest off.Do I pull the switching actuator and solenoid with everything else?

Thanks

Luis

Just leave the ACV connectors unplugged. But tie them away from moving parts or the exhaust manifold so they don't get fried. As for the intake tube.you might want to find one at a wrecker or get some aluminum pipe and join it to the turbo and intake tube with some strong clamps.I'll prolly be using Exhaust piping on the intake when I redo mine.Theres a few downpipes for sale on here in the parts forum.Just depends on your budget.
