What am I going to need to do this swap on my '83 GSL? And what will it all cost me? Including how much is the actuall engine going to run me adn where should I get it from?

P.S. My 12a only has about 20k miles on it (brand new engine) would I be able to sell that to anyone?

i'd guesstimate $6000 engine and labor. it all depends how far you want to go.........

why would you want to go twin?? why not a TII engine? youll probably save a ferw bucks and if done corectly from the get go, youll endo up with same or better results. i mean, theres a reason why all the FD owners are going single...

alright, so where can i get a TII engine and what will I need to complete the conversion and what will all of it cost?



Should i even get a turbo in my car or just street port it and mod the hell out of it?

I was tempted to do this swap myself.You'll need a 12a or 13b front cover,mount and crossmember to mount it.Then you need a Hi flow fuel pump.Here's a page I found that'll answer your questions.12a to 13bt Swap!He even listed costs and wiring.Enjoy
