there's a difference between a competitor and a an arrogant competitor:

a competitor see's a car equal to his and says "this will be close"

an arrogant competitor sees a car equal to his and says "i'll hand your *** to you"

a competitor see's a car lesser then his and says "this might be close"

an arrogant competitor sees a car lesser then his and says "i'll hand your *** to you"

a competitor see's a car greater then his and says "this wont even be close"

an arrogant competitor sees a car greater then his and says "i'll hand your *** to you"

now pick a category for him

again not starting trouble, just not a fan of pure arrogance.

Here is the deal. I dyno tuned my friend's car on stock sequential twin turbo. The car has the following mods:

stock unmodified twin turbo running sequential

ported motor with the racing beat street port template

R33 fuel pump

550 cc/min primary and 1300cc/min secondary

HKS twin power

cold air intake

large stock mount IC

downpipe, midpipe, restrictive single tip HKS exhaust

The dynosheet shows the a/f. At some of the runs, the a/f at high rpm looks lean like crazy but it's not. The o2 sensor at the tail pipe blows off during the run. The car is still running rich. The boost level is 1.15 kg/cm2 and the intake temp is at 45C measured by power fc.

I believe if I lean it out a little and have him change to a higher flow cat-back exhaust such as the APEX GT, it shouldn't be a problem to break 400rwhp on stock twins. The turbos are just stock, not modified or anything and they have 30k on them already.

Now this friend of mine wants to get a 3 bar map sensor and want me to tune the car to run 1.35 kg/cm2 on stock twins. I am sure you guys want to see that dynosheet too. =)

Smaller than my ports as a matter of fact.

There is no way that you are making that power on that car.. I want to see the video.
Don't be a hater.

I made 337 at 12psi on stock block and stock parallel twins. Porting medium adds about 50RWHP. Do you think you can add, or has the hate blinded you too?

Good job Chuck!
Thanks for the support. There is one more thing I want to share with you guys. A couple of months ago I tuned this same car running the same boost but we got 350 rwhp instead of 386.6 rwhp. After we put on one of the mods listed, it made 370 rwhp and after I tuned it alittle more, it got 386.6. Can you guess what it is?? hehe..

What was it?
Yup, the Twin Power. That thing is amazing. It's like the size of my palm. I guess sometimes size does not matter.

Chuck
chuck,

is the car on stock coils, or is it using some aftermkt ones. plugs?

thanks,

louis
