sometimes its the actual hose coming out of the turbo to the BOV. that hose is under a lot of heat and gets hard/brittle and develops cracks over time. i actually have an extra 2 stock bovs if you need one.

you have a vaccume leak elsewear. Check for obvious stuff first.


Stock they are bypass valves there is a big difference between the two, bypass valves leak during idle and mine leaked until you were full throtle or after the second turbo engage, it could of just been the way my boss tuned it
