Exclamation

I think the "Synthetic VS Dynojuice" argument is retarted. Lets look at 2 facts:

1) Synthetic is far better for the turbos (which cost more than an engine)

2) it makes no difference if you use synthetic or dyno juice because the engine will not last long enough to gain the rewards of running synthetic or the damage it could cause (which ever side your on).

Synthetic all the way!!!

So when running synthetic... I have to premix every tank of gas I get????

Sounds like a hassle, but it also sounds very worth wile in regards to the prolonged life of my sex mobile.

No... you dont have to premix at all. I do it for added insurance incase a snap a oil injector line.

If everyone is worried about carbon deposits and the film/sludge buildup then why not just run synthetics if it makes you happy and you realize that it's better for you and your engine, AND, do the water injection treatment? i mean if i know that carbon sludge would eventually accumulate in my rotah then i would be on top of my water injection /steam treatments to remedy any and "if" a problem arises. Does this make any sense?

The way i see it, if you're happy with synths, then go for it and just add water injection treatments to your maintenance routines

It doesn't matter what oil you use... make sure you change it regularly. Just remember, the oil in your engine is being sprayed in your engine, if you are using stock oil injection system. I rather burn clean oil vs. old dirtied up sludge in my combustion. Also, remember that that same oil also being used in your turbo system.

This debate has gone on for years.. Ever since I remember being on RX7forum... But always, the end recommendation is change your oil regularly. I change it every 1000-1500 miles (not a daily) with Mobile 1 synthetic for past 4 years. My last engine didn't go out because I used synthetics but because the coolant seal went out.
