hey guys, my mechanic set my rev high when he rebuilt it to break it in a lil faster, where exactly should i idle at? no ac no nothing????

oh come on someone has to know? what is the normal idle for an rx-7?? its street ported if that affects it?

If im not mistaken I think its 700-900 rpm.

how do you adjust it, mine idles around 1500 i believe for the same purposes, to break in the new engine for the previous owner

stock idle is around 700-800rpm when the car is warm

idle adjust screw on your throttle body...

i got a street port it idles at 500rpm.
