7500 rpm beep is your shift buzzer... something mazda has on every generation of RX-7.

 

i love that noise now tell me my speed basically...

 

i dont get mazda they have a buzzer for there redlines for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gen. but they "low gas" light for the rx7's dont work (i dont know if the FD low gas light works but the FC or FB doesnt)

 

its just like the low oil light and low coolant light, last time i had no gas (9 months ago) i swear something went on... i could always be wrong cause i usually have gas.

 

oh my coolant has gone off and so has my oil. but never my gas and my 1st gen has ran out of gas like 5 times nothing like running out of gas on the way home from school and having to walk a mile to the gas station.

I hate that ******* buzzer...when I bought my car it was always buzzing and beeping, I didnt buy an RX-7, I bought a faster version of R2-D2!

Well being one of the less financially stable FD owners, I can say that the 3rd gens low gas light does work and it's yellow. I've seen it quite a few times. Never actually ran out though.
