I was wondering if anyone could tell me what that means? It goes beep beep beep beep beep.....beep beep beep beep beep. I just installed a new steering wheel with out a horn I was thinking that could be it. Also, I need to know why my car idles like it needs a new TPS on cold start, but when the engine is warm it idles just fine. Let me know. Thanks.

the warm/cold thing could be a bad water temp sensor making the computer add correction like if it is always warm even when cold ! ! !

I think the beeping is the power steering. Check the fluid

a out of spec or out of ajustment TPS could cause either a good cold start but poor warmed up or vise-versa.

I still cant figure it out. Would it be low oil pressure?

the beeps are problems with the power steering system, the PS throws codes in the form of beeps ranging from 1-5.

since you mentioned u just switched steering wheels, if you misalign the steering wheel angle sensor this would cause the problem. Do your turn signals still shut off after your done turning like they used to?? if they dont then its definitly not aligned corectly.

That is probably it. The steering wheel is deffinalty not aligned properly. And no the turn signals dont turn off automaticly. Rigth now I'm more worried about getting the damn oil pan off. Why would they make the oil pan go directly over the front subframe? I'm honestly think about lifting the motor out a couple inches to get at the front bolts on the oil pan. If I align the steering wheel would the make the turn signals shut off after every turn? And how do I align the steering wheel so its perfectly straight.

the bad idle when cold thing could be due to an improperly working thermowax/ removed thermowax on the TB.
