yeah you can check the resistance on the coils easily, by pulling the plug wires off and using an ohm meter.. you can find the specs in the 93 manual.

I didn't fix anything. I just checked a few hoses. unplugged them, plugged them back in. Checked my plugs, Put them back in.

Started my car. No Rough idle. And the car is driving faster then ever. I had a dentist appointment and the lady freaked that I was able to get their in 10 minutes The place is a good 5 miles with alot of traffic Drove to Home Depot same power. Drove home.....same power. But I have a feeling tomorrow when I wake up. Back the land of 300rpms

well good luck with it.. sounds like if its doing it like that, that a solenoid or actuator is sticking or getting hot...

well, everything can be fixed.... just matter of finding what needs fixing. You are still sequential right? Could be any number of things.. just keep driving it and see what happens for now.

I had the very same problem earlier in the year. Symptoms sounded exactly the same. Had it fully serviced and tuned but no one could find the fault. New plugs and leads didn't fix problem either.

Eventually fault was found. There was a split in the air intake line from the air filter. Check all the piping.

Very simple fault but a real pain in the *** to find. Took me 3 or 4 weeks to figure it out.

If thats not it, sorry I couldn't help ya. Hope you sort it out soon.

I think that could very well be another factor. The intake on my car is in bad condition. I am saving for some hardpipes. The previous owner diconected the BOVs and now their are hoses that are exposed. I need to cap those *****
