I think my alternator is dying!

If it is then I'll be getting a 140 A Powermaster alternator. For the past few days I have been noticing my fuel pressure dropping about 10-12 PSI every once in a while after I start my car(idle is usually 43-44 PSI, but was dropping to 32 PSI), and once it drops it stays there. I thought it was my crappy fuel pressure regulator, but I noticed that my voltage was down to 10 V while driving with everything on in the rain. I suppose that that's causing the fuel pump to slow down, thus causing a drop in fuel pressure. who's with me?
