The below is an answer I received off of rxclub.com about at vague as the british weather. Is it worth the mods making this a sticky as so much people seem to have idle issue with there pfc, rather than having lots of different idle issue thread with scattered info we can have one sticky like this that has very useful info on what people can always refer to ??
I've said this time and time again, and it seems that no one understands that with a PFC when you have a ported motor, the idle map will fall under a different vaccum at idle, this is what is causing the fluctuation of idle, the ONLY way to correct this is NOT by the idle screw, or any supposed "learning" that the PFC must do. The ONLY way to correct this is to TUNE YOUR CAR PROPERLY in the ranges of where this is happening with the Datalogit, END OF STORY!

It is true, however it SEEMS that the car will still learn a little in those cells after tuning it out.
Mine is fixed. Idles solid at 800. Jeff will kick me in the nuts when I tell him what it ended up being...
