The reply I got from ACT: (I guess it's needed - ~$375 is still a real good price IMHO)
Thank you for purchasing our product and considering our new ACT flywheel we do offer the counter weight but it is a separate part # and price from the flywheel. The part number is (CW01- $156.00).
