Another Electrical Problem!

it seems to be leaking near the plugs by the steering shaft inside the engine compartment. oil seems to be everywhere inside my lower engine bay.
the ground wire is SOAKED with it and the insulation is gone around the wire and copper is soaked throughout with oil.
