What about loosing coolant but not seeing any puddles? Can the water pump be bad or have a leak? I can't see any leaks but I have to fill about 8oz of water every day when I get the light. I just fill it first thing in the morning now.

I only wish it was a nasty rumor The insurance company found out it wasn't my fault so things are going pretty smooth. Should have a replacment very soon. I didn't however know you had another rx-7. Thats awesome!

You know, I went threw something like this.

One day it would do it and some times it would go for a month

I did everything, added, flushed, checked.

Finally I said im changing parts. Ok I did. I changed both caps

and the level sensor and I never heard it again.

I did do a mod later on to help prevent air problems and my temps

have never been so low.

Ok good luck

you don't have enough coolant in the engine add it to the filler neck. leave the cap off until the car warms up and keep adding till its to the top and warmed up. you should have the buzzer anymore
If this doesn't work- check your radiator cap for the correct pressure. The stock one causes problems- Mazda actually issued a recall because of it- also check to see if your radiator overflow tank is cracked as they usually do. If your getting white smoke, you've melted a seal, unfortunately, and that means you'll have to rebuild.

i had that problem before.......... you better make sure your coolant level is good, cuz after 5 mins the beeping stops no matter what....... i had a hole in my radiator a while ago and since the beeping stopped, i thought it was some kind of wiring problem,. didnt get any major damage but i had to replace my radiator

isnt the stock gauge how u say...USELESS???
They're not talking about the Gauge, they're talking about the low coolant sensor. If you look at the filler neck, you'll see a sensor below and to the right of the filler cap, with a wire coming out of it and running back towards the engine. That's the sensor. It's annoying, but it's an important sensor...one of those better safe than sorry types
