Whats The Real Redline?

well i took out the tach. on my car because i really do not pay attention to it.. i mainly pay attention to the stock RPM gauge......whats the redline on a FC Turbo II?

do i really need a tach or the stock tach will do...becuase the tach was originally placed where the emergency lights would show up at???? seems like a distraction

the stock tach is hard to beat, its big and not in the way of anything, and hey its free too

Not many cars have the tac in the middle, thats where it should be. I do like the s5 tac better, looks better.



TIIs have a redline? I've taken mine to 16k rpm, and no, the engine didn't survive.

TIIs have a redline? I've taken mine to 16k rpm, and no, the engine didn't survive.

use the stock tach....its accurate to about 8500 rpm (its free is the point here)

Use a Stack tach if you are going to replace it. i hate autometer





Stack tach = $280

My stock tach is off by about 200 rpm.
