What Knob Will Fit The Mazdatrix Shifter

So I take it you rethreaded the knob, and not the shifter, correct?? So I just need to find the 12x1.5 drill/tap combo, and go to town on the knob?? Sorry, I get so worried when it comes to rethreading stuff. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/public/style_emoticons//post-1-1047683664.gif I have a Mazdatrix short shifter in my FC and i just bought a Greddy counterweighed shift knob that was use on a WRX.. it goes in 3-4 threads down and stops.. its weird.. I love the knob since its heavy..it makes shifting smoother..

I have a Mazdatrix short shifter in my FC and i just bought a Greddy counterweighed shift **** that was use on a WRX.. it goes in 3-4 threads down and stops.. its weird.. I love the **** since its heavy..it makes shifting smoother..

I used a "Z" drill bit and the appropriate tap on the ****, didnt touch the shifter.

Standard Drill size for M12 Nominal size and thread diameter is 10.20mm (.4015")(recommended) and 10.40mm[.4094] (Alternate)

Z bit diameter 0.4130"
