We had already ordered the S4 shifter, then started looking for *****. After realizing that the **** selection for the S4 was lame, and the voodoo **** kicks ***, I want to go with the S5 shifter.

For the S4 guys who want a voodoo ****, order one for a Toyota truck or MR2 Spyder.

voodoo site says those thread patterns are 12x1.25, yet I've seen a couple places that the S4 shifter has a thread pattern of 12x1.5.

Ok, what if I decide to rethread it, how involved is that? I've never really successfully rethreaded or tapped anything.

I did that, it took me longer to get out the drill and tap set then it did to actually do it. Mine was engraved as well, which if you dont get the **** before hand, mark center, then send it back to them, you wont have the engraving face the right way.

Then again I ordered my **** long before I, as well as voodoo, found out the thread size for my car, long before I stumbled upon Nopistons.com as well!

Matter if fact- I had to send the engraving guy voodoo uses the RX-7 logo so he could engrave it on the ****.

So I take it you rethreaded the ****, and not the shifter, correct? So I just need to find the 12x1.5 drill/tap combo, and go to town on the ****? Sorry, I get so worried when it comes to rethreading stuff.
