Depends on your streetport size and turbine a/r and trim
For an example a P trim .96 turbine with a large streetport would probably hit full boost from 4-4.5K.

Ive got that M43 on my car and im getting 13 psi by 3300 and it is a 1.11 AR (no idea about the exhaust or compressor trim).
This is what I dont understand about everyone talking about thier cars getting full boost at 4500 or 5500. You all boosting 25 psi or something

As to my knowledge, GReddy does not make a cast manifold unless you want to call them up and special order it, which would be too much time for those who have ever delt with GReddy directly, they usually take weeks to get things out to a single customer.
If a TO4R turbo is what you want, purchase the TO4 cast manifold w/ external wastegate from HKS themselves, its fairly inexpensive and will work perfect with the TO4R(maybe a tight fit though against the lower frame/shock tower area).
Also, Roadkill..we checked ur car a few days ago remember...you had peak PSI by about 4300RPM...lol, that 13psi was with crazy boost controller setting...not everybody wants to hit 20psi by 4KRPM,lol...now that ur car is tight and working better, ur peak PSI is probably still around 4300-4500RPM which isn't bad considering the size of the turbo..
