Looks great!

But what are you going to do about the gap between the primary runners on the FD UIM to prevent a leak?!

First I will make sure that the surfaces are flat and also use grey import silicone along with a FC gasket. I dont think it should leak after that.

Use the FC gasket. The FD bolt holes need to be drift drilled to suit the FC studs so as to mate to the FC LIM.

Use the FC gasket as your template for all the work to be done. The FD bolt holes need to be drift drilled to suit the FC studs so as to mate to the FC LIM. The FC LIM needs little work in terms of prep for the install. The FD manifold is what needs to be prepped for it to work. The FD ports need to be ported as you did, the FC ports need to be ported slightly to match the FD UIM also the mounting studs on the FC LIM must not messed with to avoid vacuum leaks.

Thanks. S5.

Only the S5 I think works for this mod. I never tried a S4.

the amount of time you people spend on this fd Uim crap is astounding. I can make a sheetmetal box with a adapter plate and a 90mm throttle body for the same amount

Apex13b

I paid less then 100$ for my FD t-body and UIM. If you can make me a sheet metal box, adapter and 90mm t-body for the same price, I'll take two please. Remember, we all have different levels of fabrication skills.

Go ahead and make your crappy *** sheet metal box (must look like ****) with your 90mm TB. I got my FD UIM+TB for Exactly $100.00 no more no less $100.00.

How much did you say your crappy box cost you? 90mm TB $200+ aluminium sheets say $40.00 find someone to weld it $200.00
