Hey guys I finally got into my friends garage to do the swap. I was working on it tonight and found that I couldn't get the nuts and bolts holding the drive shaft on to break loose. I've tried an air rachet and penatrating spray(WD-40). Does anybody have any suggestions on a better way to get these to come loose?

wd 40 isn't penetrating spray, get some PB blacster, hit it with a real impact wrench and if you have to heat it with a torch, but I have never had an issue with driveshaft bolts... how many ft/lbs revers is the impact? Mine is 650 and it will either remove the nuts or spin the bolts

hey matt get something stronger than WD40, or break Free. also you might want to heat up the bolts before you try to remove them. try a propane torch, and while still warm, spray the bolts.......little plumbers trick.

I got them off yesterday. I just couldn't fit the impact gun in there. I had to go buy a universal joint. I was just checking to see if there was a different way to go about it. Thanks though.
