I know they do warranty for some places, not sure who.

Price doesnt include sychros or gears, he is VERY honest and wont rip you off when he takes the thing apart, he will invite you there to see whats wrong when they take it apart.

I myself have been dealing with the place with the same owner for about 13 years, sent him about 5 of my own cars and NEVER had a problem.

Even my Cutlass with the big block he warranty the tranny when I had a problem, and even then it was a solenoid, nothing major.

My Camaro I had him build me such a heavy duty transmission I should have taken it out of the car when I sold it, lol I told him to build a tranny good for at least 800 horsepower.

First time I went plowing with my Jeep I blew the tranny because I drove like a ******* and lost reverse, it was totally my fault for beating on the truck so much in the heavy wet snow, he fixed it no charge even though I was about 6 months out of warranty, turned out to be the belt for reverse or some **** like that, had it back the same day.

He did the tranny on my Lexus, which I was EXTREMELY pissed the **** off I had to get done in the first place because I had just gotten the car 2 months before that.

I have given him auto repair shops and limo companies who still use him to this day. They are not a fly-by night operation, they have 2 locations actually.

I usually look for cars with bad transmissions to buy, you can get them REALLY cheap like that!

I can't stand them...I always shift them manually (except when driving RD's Explorer) and look like a ricer.

I really wanna see some numbers for NA cars using the miata guts. It should help 0-60 and 1/4 mile times significantly.
