my TPS on my 89 n/a is way out of specs, so today i disconnected it and started the car. it started right up but the HOLD light is flashing now. i thought when the hold light was flashing it was a code for the auto trans, how is this related to the TPS? or is it?



my trans is also giving me problems, when i accelerate from a stop it goes for to like 5mph then it seems to try to shift and another second it will shift back down and i can go. is this just the trans slipping or could it be the vac. line that goes to the trans.
