Is there anyway to ruin a TPS?
Short of smashing it with a hammer, soaking it in water, catching it on fire?
The reason I ask is, I was fiddling with the TPS using the test light procedure. I should've left it alone because at first only one light would come on. After extensively screwing with it, I can't get any lights to come on. ****!
Could I have ruined it? Its only about 6 months old.

I guess you followed the exact procedure but I have to remind you that the engine must NOT be running while adjusting the TPS. I'm telling you that because I experienced something like that, I couldn't light up or shut off lights and it was because I tried to adjust with the engine running.
Otherwise test the TPS with a ohm-meter and see if it varies with smoothness from the beginning to the end.
