does your area require converters?
I know money is tight, but for well less then $100 you can
get a high flow converter and get rid of the three on there now.
the car will pass emissions testing this way as well

you can buy a Bonez converter and pipe to replace the 3, its a bolt
on, or you can get a high flow converter and make the pipe, its easy
enough for a shop to make, just be sure to get one with a air tube for
the auxillary ports.
