Does this car have to pass emissions?



In any rate, i like the RB, even though i don't have it.



I've got an HKS catback and it's not too obnoxious and opens up some flow. I wish i had pics...

I haven't had my car inspected/tested for emissions yet since the new exhaust was put on. I do have a cat, but its very small and 'high-flow' so who knows. The guy my friend takes his Integra to passes him and he's got a replacement pipe - no cats.
