So i have an 89 vert. The drivers switch for the passengers window works just fine but i have to pull up hard and push down hard to get the drivers window to work. Does it just need cleaning or rtesaudering? Or am i lookin to get a new unit? If it just needs to be cleand or resautered how do i do it? Thanks

Take the door panel apart and get the swith assembly out. When you take it apart be careful because there are some small parts in there, but when you get it apart, take check to see if the metal contact pads are coroaded or not. If they are, just sand them off and they should work fine. It worked on my car
