Now Do I take off the metal lines that are connected to the rack? I notice the line is connected to a little block that connects to the rack. Should I attempt to take off the line from the block or the block that is connected to the rack( or atleast i think it comes off...cant see in there well)

Also one of the lines Is just a bitch to get off....hardly any room down under there. Started to strip the nut a bit...Is there any special way of getting those off?
