I finally broke in the engine so I took my car out for a session of some spirited driving. I went to an empty parking lot that was just repaved recently and did some drifting. ...man did I forget how fun that was. I smoked the **** out of my tires and layed down two nice black patchs turning half way across the lot!!! This car definitly feels faster than my old FC. Sometime next week I'm gonna get started on the FMIC and water injection project!!!! Then I'll take it to the strip and see what the beast will unleash.

 

did you do any porting while it was opened up?

 

No unfortunately not. I wanted to get it street ported. I wanted to bring it to A-spec tuning but then I found out that they ship it out and it'll take them til the middle of may to finish it so i put it together as is. Maybe next summer I'll take the engine apart and port it. Some how i gotta work around the emissions though. I'll worry about that later though.
