hey ic been looking over this forum for quite some time..this is my 1st post though i have a 89 n/a i got for 200$ running from my friend, the clutch is completly gone and i am pretty sure it has a bad coolant seal (i did a coolins syetmpressure test and it will not hold pressure and there are no visible coolant leaks) the moror is ready to come out and will be ouw w/ some luck tomorro i would likc to rebuild it and street port it soo i guess what im asking is how mush am i looking at for a rebuild....i will do it myself

It really depends on what all you want to replace and what all is shot. Take it apart and see what all is wrong. For all you know every bearing is shot and the housings are all warped..

well it was takin care of and has just over 110k on it...the motor ran pretty good...but would over heat and burn coolant....how much does a regulare rebuld cost....lets say my rotors and housings e shaft ect are all ok....and any suggextion on a clutch...and is 200-230 flywheel hp doeable on a streetable n/a??

Rotary Aviation has a pretty good rebuild kit on their website and I have not heard too many bad things about it. Somewhere in the $900 range (after shipping)

Fsm?? and where can i get a video???.....any suggestions on clutch what about my hp#'s??

Atkins has some stuff on ebay. For the gasket set and rotor kit, it comes to $550 plus shipping. It includes more than what that other kit does also. Plus its Atkins.

The overhaul gasket set is for a S4, but you could probally get them to give you the same price for the S5.
