Rotary Aviation has a pretty good rebuild kit on their website and I have not heard too many bad things about it. Somewhere in the $900 range (after shipping)

Atkins has some stuff on ebay. For the gasket set and rotor kit, it comes to $550 plus shipping. It includes more than what that other kit does also. Plus its Atkins.

The overhaul gasket set is for a S4, but you could probally get them to give you the same price for the S5.
