And you can bolt a long bar onto your flywheel to keep it from turning.

most impact guns have nowhere near enough torque to move the flywheel nut. It must have taken 1000 ft/lbs to remove the one on me friend's car.

I used a big breaker bar (1 inch drive) and the slipped a steel pipe over the end so i got a 5 foot long wrench and it came off in a jiffy. In my opinion actually pulling off the flywheel was harder b/c it's a tappered seat. I borrowed my dad's friend's puller. It also made it come off real easy.

to get them off i have a long piece of angle iron to lock the flywheel. i use a breaker bar then put a long pipe over it and it gets it off. to actually pop the fuel off you can whack it with a piece of firewood. works like a charm https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif

We have a HUGE impact gun from harbor freight. Had to hook up two 25 gallon compressors to get enough cfm to do it. One big one should work though. I usually only have problems with stock motors. Mazda used a ridicilus amount of torque on the flywheel nut. The remans are easier.
