The Haltech E6K is a stand alone ECU. It will run just about any application and control both fuel and injection. It will also handle many different injectors, (IE: Not just MAZDA High Impedance types). It allows you to tune it with a laptop and also enables you to remove a huge amount of the factory parts on a cluttered motor.
What all parts get removed from the n/a & turboII?

You can remove all of the emmissions parts--air control valve AWS, etc.--as well as the solenoid rack. Those are the main things. It's also nice when you remove the air flow meter. That thing is a big restriction.
