Haltech E6K $1145 + $150 for the terminated harness + $60 for a new OXY sensor.

You can also get a trim **** for $90

That's from RX7.com which is where I got mine.

I've got one on my car which is a Non-Turbo RX7. My goal is 200HP

I've removed a lot of crap.

Stock Exhaust Manifold, No Cats, No Air Pump, Sec Butterflys removed, No Air Meter Intake is fed directly through a 8" K&N Filter, Header with 2-1/2" Ehaust through a Bonz pipe and Walker Super TurboMuffler and a SuperTrapp at the end.

The Laptop is used to set the fuel map and ignition map. RX7.com even supplied me with a baseline map to use. Once the maps are set the laptop is no longer needed. Multiple maps can be loaded.

Here's a great map showing how it all hooks up:

If you use a Haltech you won't need the air flow meter. The Haltech uses a MAP sensor to dtermine the engine load.

The Haltech E6K is a stand alone ECU. It will run just about any application and control both fuel and injection. It will also handle many different injectors, (IE: Not just MAZDA High Impedance types). It allows you to tune it with a laptop and also enables you to remove a huge amount of the factory parts on a cluttered motor.
