No, all new clutch, pressure plate and throw-out bearing

How long did you drive it with the clutch bad?

In my opinion I would have yanked the flywheel off, and had it turned anyway, some flywheels have balance weights attached to them which can subsequently fall off under certain circumstances. Usually a machine shop would check this while servicing the flywheel.

Did you replace the pilot bearing? If you don't have a pilot bearing, that shaft is goign to vibrate inside the eccentric shaft either way.

No new pilot bearing...could that really be the source of my problems?
