Help with clutch please!

After the clutch went, I got some vibrations starting at 1700-rpms and gets worse all the way twords redline. I need some help! What in the world would cause this kind of vibration??? I can't imagine the clutch material causing this sort of problem because its relatively soft, and I don't think my counter-weight is the problem.
Here's a few more peices of information.
#1 It doesn't matter if I'm driving or sitting still, it always does it
#2 Clutch in, clutch out, in neutral or in gear, it ALWAYS vibrates
#3 I don't think we found all of the clutch material from the old clutch...what we did find probably only made up 1/2 of what was acutally gone
#4 It did this while driving clutch-less also, with the old clutch...and I thought that was the cause of the problem
#5 There were no physical problems with the flywheel I could see. No marks made by flying debris.

Alright, I see what your talking about...but I had just taken off from a stop, without much slipping of the clutch. Tried to switch to 2nd gear, and it wouldn't go...I matched revs, and drove it to my brothers place...all the while it was vibrating(I thought it was only the clutch)...bottom line is, I didn't heat the clutch up but a little bit...and even with warping, would that throw the flywheel out of balence?

Dude the clutch was so hosed on the 10th AE when I bought it you could see where the flywheel had gotten so hot it melted the surfaces, did you have the fly wheel turned or did you just replace the clutch and leave the flywheel?

We tested the run-out on the flywheel...I don't remember exactly what it was, but it was WAY withen spec....so I didn't get it turned. Plus, I didn't want to take the flywheel off...you know, with the 290-340ft/lbs of torque and all. Seems like you'd have to take the engine out in order to get that much torque.

damn, I hope you didnt damage anything driving the unbalanced assembly (when the clutch fell apart) to your brothers which is perpetuating the vibrations even post clutch replacement 
I doubt the eccentric shaft likes rotating at a few thousand rpm with unbalanced weight at the end of it.
