ok, i got an 86 engine that had no compression. when disassembled, the apex seals where intact, just stuck.

Do you guys recommend re-using those seals and just getting new springs, or should I just buy new ones?

 

if its already apart then replace them, it will save you the hassle of doing it again later

 

What is the total height? If less than 7.5mm, they have to be replaced.
