This weekend while riding home from Tampa the engine began to go hot on my na 13b. I pulled over and popped the hood only to notice cooland gushing out of somewhere below the plugs. After jacking the car up I still couldn't see due to the chassis. Obviously something blew, Any ideas what?

Coolant + blown something = blown motor or coolant seal

Isn't the block coolant drain plug right there also? Its literally right under the plugs.

Yeah, if there was coolant leaking from right below the plugs look at the block drain plug. Maybe it wasn't tightned enough.

my heater hose leaked for no reason a while back. check the heater hose for sure, then there is a 15mm bolt by the engine mount that is the drain plug.
