First Dyno Run
Well, I don't have a boost controller of any kind - just a hose from wastegate to manifold pressure, so my boost was kinda lame (0.4 bar, peaking at 0.65 bar and then dropping again - which indicates some wierdness I need to track down) but I managed 230.2 rwhp and 218 ft-lbs of torque. I'm a bit disappointed but I hear most people usually are with their first run. Click the small graph for a larger version:

It was still enough to beat a 5.0 V8 'stang both from a standing start and from 60-120. Guess those things aren't very good at their own game... heh.
Next on the to-buy list: boost controller and CDI.

Eh... there's LOTs of other mods: FMIC, Haltech E6X, streetport, full 3" exhaust, removed emissions, no P/S, tons of reliability and fuel mods which don't contribute directly to power.
I think a boost controller will help a lot.
My AFR is in the mid 11's for the most part, at WOT. Steve Kan tuned it.
Mostly disappointed of the torque curve... its so far from flat its annoying. But that's due to the non-constant boost, almost entirely.
I guess I can't complain too much -- I thought a stock turbo could do a bit more than that when freed up though.

weird...I'm not running a streetport OR FMIC OR Haltech OR removed emissions and I boost at .65-.7 bar all day long and still throw fireballs, so I guess I'm not leaning out. I've got the stock TMIC and a k&n intake and 3' cat back exhaust and a calsonic radiator and FCD but that's about it as far as engine mods go. Oh, and I just replaced all my exhaust gaskets which upped my boost pressure, but not much.
