I was on FC3S.org and they had somthing about making your 5th and 6th ports active. Is that a performance mod or somthing to just waste time on doing. If any has and idea about this let me know thanks

There is no need to make them "active" unless they don't open on their own due to exhaust work or not enough backpressure. There are other easier ways to making them open then electronically. If your ports don't work, just wire them open manually, and it should be fine.

It's not a performance mod really. Its something you do when your exhaust is not producing enough backpressure to operate the ports normally. Wiring them open will decrease low end, but not that much, but it increases your top end depending on how you open them. Another mod you can do, is remove the sleeves. I did on my NA...can't say wether it helped or not though, lol...
