Will My 5th And 6th Port Still Open
#4
Yes, you'll lose low end. You have both a cat and presilencer?? What set up are you running from the exhaust manifold to the CS exhaust? If you have a main cat still on with the split air tube hooked up, you should be ok for backpressure to open the ports.

Well, if the cat isn't clogged or rusted out then I wouldn't but that's me....
I meant that if you want to sacrifice low end and maybe gain some high end, then you can remove the sleeves like Travisty said or weld the actuators in the open position.... then you can go crazy with your exhaust but again, you'll be sacrificing low end. If you want the best of both worlds, keep your set up and get your actuators working.

I would just get pineapple racing's sleeves, I've heard that removing the sleeves causes turbulence. Just get those ports to open. What you should do is get racing beat's presilencer, then if you have full exhaust, even headers, your ports will still open.

Do you know what set up you have??!! I'm confused.... you already have a presilencer and cat.... what kind of presilencer and where is it located? Is this a custom job? Where is the backpressure tube coming from, the presilencer or the cat? Are you sure your six ports are even working right now?
Usually on FC's, people replace their cats with pipe(s) and presilencer(s) leaving no cats. Tell us how this thing is set up.
