Whats the difference and what does the whole lug thing even have to do with? Thanks.

I think the 5 lug have a bigger brake system, and ofcourse better rims and selection of rims...

bigger stock rims (15" vs. 14"), bigger discs I think, and 4-piston caliper vs. 2 up front
