Does the metal coolant elbow from s4's fit in place of the plastic s5 piece? I currently have a metal pipe in the rad hose where I tapped the temp sensor for my gauge but I would like to put it on the elbow like my old FC.

you COULD swap to an s4 pump and everything and then the metal thermostat housing would work.

or do what im doing and have a custom one made for the s5 waterpump.

altho right now its all hose clamps and duct tape, and electrical tape....and it still leaks.

Or just tap before the thermostat and have a more accurate reading to boot!
