in the rubber hose? yea if you replace it youll want to bleed it, bleeding the clutch is pretty easy tho. might wanna upgrade to the steel braided clutch line since you gotta replace it anyway .

edit: and if i remember correctly the bleeding process consists of attaching a hose to the slave cylinder, loosening the nut, and pumping the clutch pedal until no more bubbles come out? am i correct?

 

I would start off with a good gravity bleed, pull the bleeder right out, be carefull tho, there is a small metal ball in the bottom, it acts as a check valve, also make sure you take the master cylinders cap off, this allows the atmospheric (head pressure) to push it through.

 

Other than a gravity bleed the procedure is to pump the pedal 10 or so times and hold, then have someone loosen the bleeder screw, and tighten after fluid stops moving through the clear bleeder tube. repeat until only solid fluid comes out the bleeder hose/ the pedal stops fading to the floorboard.



And shifting without the clutch is pretty easy, at a stop it is easier to shut the car off, put it in first and start the car as the light turns green, instead of holding the brake and juicing the throttle.
