Ok, i pulled the fuse under the hood marked retractor, is that the right fuse to keep it from constantly trying to pull my lights down and draining my battery? it stopped clicking when i took it out so i assume it's the right 1, just need some confirmation...if u missed y it's broken in the first place see

well it turns out my battery is dead too, won't start at all, not matter how long i charge it....anyone wanna buy a 1987 SE? just a few scratches......
