This turbo has put down 400 hp. Why is everyone knockin it?

I say run it up till you see the signs that detonation is getting close and back off just a tad.

If you have your timing right you know you cant go any futher on pump gas.

I dont think anyone is knocking it. I personally like the idea. I think it has limitations, but not knocking it.

If i were doing that setup, I would consider doing a divorced wastegate downpipe and maybe an external WG. That might aleviate some of the restriction. A little fabbing, but thats the name of the game.

Allot of members like 1revvin7, BDC, Max, Myself and others are against hybrid turbos as the stock hot side is far to undersized. The quicker spool in our eyes is not worth it.

Others love them and think quick spool is the highlight.

Take your pick.

So your starting a bandwagon, along with the people you posted? Why are you speaking for them?

Your not saying much for yourself if you need to reference other people to give your post validity.

The stock hotside if far too undersized in what applications? All of them? All boost levels?

I feel its undersized for any kind of real HP numbers... T4 all the way... who needs spool time, lol... nothing good tuning and N2O doesn't fix..
