Default Bad Coolant Seal - Still has good compression

Hello everybody, I am new-ish to the Rotary scene. I just gave up my Acura for a 86 Rx7 GXL. I love Rotary engines and finally got myself one. So, my question is what should I do with it now? It burns more coolant than usual due to a "leaky coolant seal" but doesnt run hot and has good compression. It drives nice, the body and everything else is unmolested and is very "clean". So should I replace the engine as a whole or rebuild? And if a rebuild is needed, what sort of kit/ seals should I look at getting.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you all so much.
