Default 90 fc vert will not start

Ok so i drove my car a couple weeks ago, about 11 miles, i know it was beyond the flooding point. Next day the car wouldnt start.
compression---good
spark---no good w/ egi relay out
coils checked out
clutch switch checked out
new plugs and wires
battery checked out
tried to check the ignition switch but the fsm has different connections listed
cas checked out
could not check igniters
going to check starter this weekend
tried disconnecting and reconecting the ecu but no good

i have heard egi would stop spark but im not sure if this is true for the 90 convertible. I also heard the AFM might have something to do with it. Do you guys have any other advice or know how to check the ignition switch for continuity....the fsm has a four prong connector with the prongs arranged 2x2 but mine is 4 in a row.

alright so quick update if anyone wants to help out...still not running
tested the fuel pump connector and it tested fine. Im going to be swapping the ecu out tomorrow with an extra my father had laying around. Also i will be trying a different compression tester as ours was acting funny. Replaced the battery as well as it got a bad test at the parts store.

The car had no symptoms whatsoever of anything being wrong, no smoke, no loss of power, no blinking lights on the cluster, not a thing. I did replace a tail light but it was a straight swap with no trouble. i just got brand new tires on it and then this happened about a month after. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated as im running out of ideas for what could be happening.

alright another update but it seems like this forum isnt too talkative.
Plugs are new but after trying to deflood the plugs smell like they have almost no gas and the trailing plugs are coated in oil, with the rear cylinder being the worst as well as having what felt like carbon on it.
replaced fuel filter and we nearly got it started but it still wont quite take. PLEASE HELP!!

Sounds like has flooded bad and dried out cylinders ,squirt some oil in leading plug holes and turn motor by hand squirt more oil in and fit plugs and should start ,If nearly starts repeat with oil till starts

i will try this next. However would this explain the lack of gasoline smell on plugs and the amount of oil currently on plugs?
