Exclamation 1988 rx7 vert no start problems

alright so heres the whole story on it

i bought this seven about 2 months or so ago and it ran like a champ. then one day it flooded and wouldnt start. i had someone that knew about them help me and tell me how to unflood it. so i did. he also said to check my o2 sensor. ( i did) it was disconnected. i connected it. then i believe it was ruined. it is too hard to get out without breaking it. ive had many people try. if i try any harder itll snap. so it is fried and disconnected. After i bought it i straight piped it and it still ran great. now i am at a point where it is flooded i believe and it just wont start. i tried the unflood and also rempoved and clean spark plugs. i know i am getting spark. i checked. i know im getting gas. actually too much i think. it rolls over normal and fires once in a while and rpms bounce the whole time up to about 200rpms and then when it fires it hits about 500-700rpms. just dont start. during cranking it just spits out a bunch of fuel. one day about a week ago it did this and i somehow got lucky and it ran good and strong until today. ive let it sit overnight, ive cleared it the night before and tried it about 24 hours later. no luck. please anyone have any ideas. i really need help on this. just stuck completely.

by the way when it fires its only one chamber and then stops and one chamber and stops. not enough to get it to start. but when it does. its runs good and very strong no power loss

It may have leaky injectors. When you shut it off, the remaining fuel pressure can cause fuel to leak into the combustion chamber, so it's flooded every single time you try to start it. If this is the problem, you can remove your injectors and have them cleaned and flow tested.

Or you can do the half-assed way and install a fuel cutoff switch. When you're ready to shut your car off, you flip the switch, which turns off the fuel pump. Wait for the engine to die (no fuel pressure), then turn the key off.
