how can i tell if the axle or cv joint is bad?

im kinda getting a feeling this could be where my problem is

could a busted cv or bent axle make this kinda wheel hop?

The tire and wheel would be the first thing I'd look at, if you haven't already. Bubble on the tire? Bent rim? Tire way out of balance? Flat spot on the tire from sitting? My tires run rough for a while even if the car sits for only a month or so.

i tried this already rotated them, same problem, put the stock set on same thing, put new tires on the rims again and had them balenced ... same thing. i even put the rear of the car in the air on some stands and got it to around 35mph and the right rear still shook
