ok ok, so this makes no sense, drove my car home last night and it was doing fine, no hessitation or anything i park it for the night, come back out in the morning to go to the store and it had a hard time cranking, it cranks over just fine but seems shaky while revving, backfires and wont hold an idle. compression is still good and theres no smoke out of the exhaust, no coolant leak.. i was thinking it could be a vacuum line, but it wouldnt just pop off by itself overnight with the car off would it?!

heeeeelp me

Sounds like a bad AFM a.k.a MAFS

Will it hold idle if you held on the gas a bit?

Also unplug the AFM then start it. See if it does the same thing.

Yes it would. Like j9fd3s said. Mine died just like yours did.

And holding the gas down keeps it running.... im almost 90% certain it's your AFM then bud.
