Ok, the plan is to finalize the metal work before the welder gets here. If I get done with my panel beating really soon, and the welder hasn't arrived yet, I'll be able to put the 20B in the bay and leave it there for a while to fit the radiator hopefully with enough room for my FC clutch fan (it sucks lots more air than an electric). If not, the 16" fan should be enough, hopefully. I've got an aftermarket mechanical temp guage and a new 180º Tstat. I think I'll pull the T stat cover off my REPU or Cosmo because it's the cool aluminum style with a plug that can be replaced with a standard temp bulb thingy. I've got a spare FB steel water neck, so I'm all set.

I've got another solid month of work ahead of me. The rest will be test drives. I hope I can get it all finished by sevenstock. If not, I shall feel quite put-out lol.

I got a little more metal work done today. It still needs more hammering in the starter area, but the rest is finally done (I think). I won't know for sure untill I test fit the tranny.

Thanks. I took a break from it today. I've found that if I do that every so often, it allows me to come at it from a fresh perspective. I hope to really get into it soon.
